COST OF OWNERSHIP (TCO)"
Business Problem: How can an organization lower its total cost of ownership by demanding a high level of service and support from its IT vendors?
IT Solution: Service and support is a key differentiator among IT providers today, playing an important role in determining total cost of ownership of technology.
