CIO Forum & Executive IT Summit

You are invited to submit a proposal to present at the upcoming CIO Forum & Executive IT Summit, December 2-3 2003 Orlando Florida.

The CIO Forum & Executive IT Summit is seeking CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CIOs, and others willing to share experiences with audiences of colleagues.  Presentations are expected to be peer-to-peer discussions involving a case study and emphasizing experiences, lessons learned, and value propositions.  The deadline for submission is October 17, 2003.

The most favorably received presentations are those delivered by the CIO, CFO, CTO, or CEO of a customer(s), and demonstrate solid ROI or some other measures of success.  Interesting topics have included those dealing with wireless technologies, information security, legal issues including impact of recent legislation, delivering a successful IT project including management and internal sell, future directions in IT, maximizing return on IT investments including value propositions and other metrics, eBusiness/eCommerce and Internet- based services, business process management, knowledge management, employee retention & development, multimedia, business continuity including disaster recovery, enterprise infrastructure including telecom directions and savings, and Voice over IP.  Panels of not more than three customers, from different industry segments, sharing experiences with similar problems have worked quite well.
