The Central Connecticut Chapter of SIM is comprised of over 100 senior IT executives from across Central Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Our members hail from widely differing industries, skill sets and corporate sizes. Approximately 80% of our members are practicing senior technologists (CIOs, Directors of IT, etc.) and 20% are from supporting organizations.
The purpose of our Chapter is to:
- Provide networking opportunities across the region for Senior IT Executives to share best practices, plans and issues with other Senior IT Executives in an informal setting.
- Provide educational programs to keep our membership informed of changing best practice and state-of-the-art data and telecommunications technologies.
- Inform and encourage the Central Connecticut & Western Massachusetts community at large to consider or advance their careers in areas related to Information Systems and Technology.
