Larry Cuy

Larry Cuy is Senior Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He is responsible for the Bank’s strategic, financial, and risk management along with information technology services.
He joined the Bank in 1973, and has worked in numerous banking supervision areas, including commercial, consumer, and trust examinations, as well as bank holding company applications and inspections. In the banking supervision areas he was appointed Assistant Vice President in 1983, Vice President in 1986, and moved into his current position in March 1996. In 1990-91, Larry also worked at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. and in 1998 for the Information Technology Planning and Standards based in Richmond, Virginia.
Larry graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1973 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and received an M.B.A. in finance in 1980 from that university. In terms of community involvement, Larry is President of the Northeastern Ohio Chapter - Society for Information Management (non-profit regional CIO group), is Vice President of Project: LEARN (non-profit that teaches adults to read) and serves as a director of the Cuyahoga National Valley Park Association (non-profit for Ohio’s only national park).

The mission of MAGNET, the Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network, is to support, educate and champion Northeast Ohio manufacturing with the goal of transforming the region's economy into a powerful, global player.
As Director of Business and Information Systems, Dave is responsible for setting strategic goals and aligning CAMP's business and technology programs toward them. On the business side, these initiatives have included a Quality Systems rollout, Business Continuity Planning and business process simplification. On the technical side, migration of CAMP's systems to the web is a key component driving a shift toward a knowledge-based organization. Dave also assists CAMP's clients in understanding and implementing Business Continuity programs.
Before joining CAMP, Dave spent 12 years at Cap Gemini America (now Sogeti), in consulting, business development, and sales positions. While at Cap Gemini, Dave was a member of several international work teams tasked with developing new service offerings for CGA's clients. Dave also has 9 years experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. where he held a variety of roles, including 3 years as a worldwide EDP Auditor.
Dave is a graduate of Miami (OH) with a B.S. in Systems Analysis & Design.
