Phil is a founding member, co-developer, managing principal and lead facilitator for Technology Executive Network, Inc., a for profit organization of Chief Information Officers of leading companies in the Chicago area, established in 1997.
Prior to his current responsibilities with Technology Executive Network, Phil held a number of progressively more responsible management positions in accounting and finance with Fashionaire Apparel, Inc. (a subsidiary of Hartmarx Corp.), a leading manufacturer and distributor of tailored career apparel and uniforms marketed primarily to the fast food and transportation industry Fortune 500 accounts, where he was promoted to Vice President of Finance.
Prior to joining Fashionaire Apparel, Inc., Phil was a Senior Internal Auditor for Hart Schaffer & Marx Corporation (now Hartmarx Corp.) where he served as lead auditor for financial and operational audits of the retail and manufacturing subsidiaries.
Phil received his BA in Accounting & Business Administration from Augustana College and in 1984 passed the CPA Exam. He completed several MBA courses at University of Illinois, Chicago. Phil completed the TDG, Inc. Leadership Learning Forum in 2002. Phil and his wife, Lisa, live in Naperville, IL with their daughter.

William R. Waas

Mr. Waas started his career at Grumman Data Systems Corporation and held various management positions in strategic planning, finance, and service management.
As a Senior Vice President of Service&Support at Vanstar Corporation, a $2.5 billion system integrator, Mr. Waas headed a $250 million service organization. He had responsibility for field service, help desk, and logistics. Mr. Waas was instrumental in the growth of the organization from $15 million in 1990 to over $250 million in 1997.
Prior to Vanstar, Mr. Waas was Vice President of Value Added Services at Dell Computer Corporation. He was responsible for a $750 million division of Dell that focused on the sale and delivery of software, peripherals, and system integration services.
Most recently, and prior to starting ICE, Mr. Waas was Executive Vice President of ValCom, a $135 million systems integrator. He was responsible for all operations and marketing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Waas has held several board seats on start up companies as well as industry organizations. He was a co-founder of the Services Section of CompTIA, held a Board position, and served as Chairman of the Board of the association from 1995-1997. Following his service in CompTIA, Mr. Waas served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Service Management, International from 1997 - 2000 and is still active in the Education Council as co-chair.
Mr. Waas holds a BBA in accounting and an MBA in finance from Hofstra University, and currently resides in Chicago, IL. He has 2 Children.

Ray Epich |
Ray Epich brings tremendous depth to his role as Vice President of RiverPoint Leveraging 47 years of industry experience, Epich specializes in the development and assessment of information systems, including detailed organization and planning studies to overall evaluations and functional system design efforts. As a trusted advisor, Epich has guided executives in leveraging the value of the technology investments to achieve greater productivity, drive revenue and realize strategic business goals.
Throughout his career he has provided his expertise to a broad range of companies in a variety of industries including the healthcare, financial services, government, travel, energy, aerospace, entertainment and retail sectors. Previous clients have included IBM, Citibank, Quaker Oats, General Foods, Sara Lee, Monsanto, Digital Equipment, Northwestern University, the University of Notre Dame, Detroit Edison, AON, Fidelity Bank, United Airlines, Cardinal Health and Taiwan's Institute for Information Industry.
Prior to joining Riverpoint, Epich served as the CIO of Spherion, a multi-national Fortune 500 company specializing in consulting, staff augmentation, outsourcing and technology services. He has also held Vice President-level positions at a variety of organizations including the Diebold Group, Inc., a firm specializing in strategic planning for users of manufacturing and information technologies; Vice President, Management Information Systems for Northwest Industries, Inc.; and Vice President of the Information Systems Practice at New York-based consulting firm Cresap, McCormick & Paget.
In addition to his considerable professional achievements, Epich has also made substantial contributions to the technology community through his involvement in industry organizations. In 1968 he was a founding member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and has been a featured speaker at a number of national events including those hosted by the AMA, ASM, International Systems Meeting, National Computer Conference and Society for Information Management. Epich also dedicates time to guiding the next generation of technology professionals, serving on the continuing education faculty of the University of Chicago where he lectured on strategic information planning. Previously he was on the faculty of the University of Hawaii and Illinois Institute of Technology where he taught Statistical Quality Control.
Epich is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and also holds a Certificate with distinction in Data Processing from the Institute for the Certification of Computer Professionals. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and his Master of Science diploma from the Sloan School of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
